Terms and conditions of sale: -

By purchasing from LincolnBlueUK or Computaparts (bidding in the case of an auction) you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms of sale: -

(A) Payment and General order processing: -

1.         Payment for goods sold via the internet will be by PayPal only. Additional payment methods are accepted for counter sales including Cash and Cheque. Payments by Credit / Debit card are available for counter sales via our PayPal enabled facility. Trade customers may apply for alternative payment methods.

2.         Support and correspondence for all internet based sales will be via email (please check your details are up to date when purchasing / checking out). Support for counter sales provided during public opening hours by personal attendance, written word, telephone and/or email (email is always the preferred method).

3.         The price you bid is the price you pay plus dispatch fees stated. You are not bidding to view or approve but to purchase. Please note that you are entering a contract to purchase by winning an auction. This clause does not apply to buy it now ebay purchases and internet sales (See distance selling terms)

4.         We are a Business and not a Private seller; we therefore operate stated business hours. We endeavour to answer enquires promptly but requests for information outside normal office hours (inc weekends / public holidays) may not be responded to until the next working day. Our counter is open to the public during the following times; Thursday and Friday 10am to 4pm and Saturday 10am to 12pm.

5.         Items for sale to UK residents, International purchases processed ONLY AFTER approval by email.

6.         By bidding for item(s) by auction you are entering a binding contract to purchase the item, to cover our costs we reserve the right to charge 15% of the closing price to the purchaser who does not complete after winning an auction. This includes parents whose children use their ebay account and ebay members who allow third parties access to their account.

(B) Distance Selling Regulations: -

1.         You have additional rights when you make a purchase with out first seeing the goods you are purchasing, these rights are set out in the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). Please note the following (some of which we have to state to you under DSR). a) You have 7 days to return any item(s) to us under DSR from the date you receive the item(s). b) You are responsible for the return cost of postage and suitable packing to prevent damage. c) You have a duty of care under DSR and must discharge this before we will issue a refund. This duty of care includes taking care of the item(s) in you possession and any item(s) damaged is/are not covered by DSR.

(C) Dispatch of Goods: -

1.         All ebay / internet e-shop sales are for dispatch only and CANNOT be collected unless agreed in advance.

2.         Items are normally dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment and are processed Monday to Friday.

3.         Dispatch fees are as stated; these cover Packaging Materials, Stationary, Postal Charges and Labour costs (Please remember that it costs more then just the price of carriage to dispatch goods).

4.         We provide a discount dispatch scheme for multiple ebay purchases, contact us for details. Dispatch fees for e-shop purchases are clearly stated in the e-shop.

(D) Warranty and Product descriptions: -

1.         Warranty and condition of items is as stated. It is important to read the product description carefully BEFORE purchasing, please ask any questions about the item before buying.

2.         Compatibility is the responsibility of the Purchaser, if you require any additional information please contact us BEFORE purchasing. You should check that the goods are fit for YOUR purpose before purchasing.

3.         We do not offer a refund for goods purchased in error.

4.         Please visit the DTi Website for more information on the Distance Selling Regulations.

5.         No warranty / return for auction items which are stated as untested, incomplete, damaged or failed.

6.         Items returned under warranty at purchasers cost (Cost will be refunded ONLY IF item is FAULTY). We may, at our discretion, offer a refund less 25% for restocking for items returned as faulty but found to be good when tested. Postage and packing fees will be payable for return of retested items.

7.         Pictures are for illustration purposes only

(E) Feedback and Statements: -

1.         We will leave accurate feedback for you after you have left feedback for us (as this confirms that you have received the goods). Our feedback is left in blocks and is normally processed once each working week.

2.         You confirm that you will contact us in the event of any dispute before leaving detrimental feedback in order to give us reasonable chance to resolve any issues. Feedback is a permanent record of our transaction and is in the public domain, it is therefore imperative that any feedback is accurate and truthful otherwise you could be accountable under law.

3.         We take our responsibility to make accurate statements seriously and expect purchasers to do the same; we reserve the right to take any necessary action to protect against erroneous and inaccurate statements.

(F) Company Details and Legal: -

1.        LincolnBlueUk, Computaparts and Joyce Investments are trading names of Lee Joyce.

2.        Our business address is Unit 3, Edlington Court Industrial Estate, off Marshall Way, Gainsborough. DN21 1LT

3.        All transactions shall be conducted in accordance with English Law.

4.        All trade sales are Final (No refunds or exchanges) and are subject to the separate agreed trade sale terms.

5.        All sales are subject to our terms and conditions (and this clause will take precedent over any similar clause in your terms) as such WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ORDERS SUBJECT TO PURCHASER TERMS.
